IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING GOLD VIP PACKAGES: Gold VIP packages are offered to the previous year’s Gold VIPs first, and sell out quickly. In the rare event that there are any unclaimed Gold packages, they will be offered to current Silver VIPs on the Gold VIP waiting list. Due to the very limited number of Gold VIP packages, and the existing, extensive waiting list, there will be no new additions to the Gold VIP waiting list in 2025.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Olympia Productions LLC does not issue exchanges or refunds after VIP Packages have been purchased. Packages may be transferred to another party. No transfers will be made after September 5, 2025 - no exceptions.
- Silver-level seating for Friday and Saturday Finals will be assigned in the order that purchases were received.
- VIP Finals tickets will be delivered electronically from the Resorts World box office in September, to the email address that you used to make your purchase. You will receive additional email correspondence directly from the Olympia Team prior to the electronic ticket distribution.
- Additional VIP Package benefits (badges, wristbands, etc.) will be available for pick up with a valid ID in the purchaser’s name. See details below.
- Events and Schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Spectator irrevocably grants to Olympia Productions LLC and its licensees worldwide, sublicensable, royalty free license to use spectator’s image, voice, name, and/or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of any of the Olympia Weekend events without compensation.
- Olympia Productions LLC will issue a refund of 100% of the cost of VIP packages if the event is not held.
TO PICK UP VIP PACKAGES
Please bring a valid ID with the purchaser's name to pick up packages at the Olympia VIP Ticket Office located at Resorts World, Rose Petal Room, Level 2, during the following days and hours:
- Wednesday, October 8, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (office closed from 1pm-2pm)
- Thursday, October 9, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (office closed from 1pm-2pm)
Or at the Olympia VIP Will-Call Counter, Las Vegas Convention Center, during the following days and hours:
- Friday, October 10, 2025 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
