2026 OLYMPIA LOCATION & SCHEDULE
Q: Where is the 2026 Olympia taking place?
A: The 2026 Olympia Friday and Saturday evening Finals will be taking place at the Orleans Arena located at 4500 W Tropicana Ave, the Expo will be taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center located at 3150 Paradise Rd, and all other events will be taking place at our host hotel, Palms Casino Resort located at 4321 W Flamingo Rd. This year’s event is confirmed for the weekend of September 24-27 and we encourage everyone to lock in your tickets and hotel reservations before we sell out.
Q: Where is the host hotel for the 2026 Olympia and how do I book a discounted room?
A: The official host hotel of the 2026 Olympia is Palms Casino located at 4321 W Flamingo Rd Las Vegas, NV 89103. We are pleased to offer our Olympia attendees a special discounted room rate, available for a limited number of rooms. Q: If I am an Olympia Sponsor, Exhibitor, or Attendee of any kind, will anyone contact me regarding hotel bookings?
A: NO! Please be advised not to give your information to any company representing themselves as the “Official Housing Company” (or similar) of the Olympia.Reservations made by these unaffiliated organizations may have unreasonable cancellation/change penalties, be non-refundable, and/or have significantly higher rates. We have worked diligently with our host hotel, Palms Casino Resort, to establish a room block and discounted rates for our attendees and exhibitors. Any solicitation calls that you may receive regarding hotel reservations are not approved by, or affiliated with, the Olympia. Q: Where can I purchase 2026 VIP packages?
A: Gold & Silver VIP package holders from 2025 will be contacted via email in March, and given an opportunity to re-purchase their packages. On Monday March 30th, remaining VIP packages will be made available to the general public. You can find more information on 2026 Olympia VIP packages via this link: https://mrolympia.com/ticket-type.
Q: If I purchased a VIP package, how is my seating assigned?
A: To be fair to everyone, Silver VIP packages are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. VIPs will receive their seating assignments via email in September.
Q: After making my purchase, how and when will I receive my VIP packages?
A: After making a VIP purchase, you will receive an automated receipt confirming your purchase. VIP Friday & Saturday Evening Finals tickets will be received via email in the form of an e-ticket in September. VIP envelopes containing badges, wristbands, & additional benefits (if applicable) will be held for pick up.The days, times, and location for VIP package pick up can be found via this link: https://mrolympia.com/vip-package .
Q: How do I become a Gold VIP?
A: Gold VIP packages are offered to the previous year’s Gold VIPs first, and sell out quickly. In the rare event that there are any unclaimed Gold packages, they will be offered to current Silver VIPs on the Gold VIP waiting list. Due to the extensive waiting list, no new names are being added at this time.
Q: Can I purchase VIP packages through a 3rd party online?
A: The only authorized seller for Olympia VIP packages is Olympia Productions LLC via our ticketing provider, FEVO. The Olympia is not affiliated with any other vendor for the purchase of VIP packages.

Q: I would like to purchase Finals tickets for the 2026 Olympia. Where can I do that?

Q: Do children require a ticket to enter Finals?
A: Children 2 years old and under do not require a ticket to attend Friday and Saturday Finals, but they must remain in the lap of a parent or guardian at all times. Children over the age of 2, and/or children who require their own seat, must present a ticket for admission to Finals.

Q: Are cameras and video cameras allowed at the 2026 Olympia events?
A: Cameras for personal use are allowed (no tripods or monopods). Videoing is strictly prohibited. Anyone filming without the expressed written consent of Olympia Productions LLC is subject to immediate removal.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
Q: Will there be transportation offered between Resorts World Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Convention Center?
